Which problems should be considered in labeling machine production?

When labeling machine is equipped with production line,what should be considered in ？
1.direction of the label rolling
2.the direction of material operating and labeling
3.capacity and speed of production line
4.the direction of conveying and operation
5.conveyor table height
6.special requirements of connection with other equipments and the junctions
7.enough space for labeling machine in production line

Whats the special requirements on Horizontal Labeling Machine when labeling various of products?
If the bottles can be divided in the same group,so we just need to change the bottle divider and bottle feeding to continue the production,and the efficiency will keep the same.If the bottle are in different group,so we should change the conveyor belt.For the bottles which have small difference between diameter,we could labeling the bottle on the same conveyor through customized the this machine,but the speed will be a little lower.

What equipments can be used to adjust the labeling head in X Y Z three direction?
There are rotating mechanism and adjustments two devices on the labeling machine,we could adjust these two device to ensure the labeling head was rotating in X Y Z direction. And then it can ensure the labeling machine to label the different bottle from different direction.

Why the users should provide the samples according to the technical requirements?
As there are kinds of bottle produced by different factory,so the shape of the bottles have big difference.It determined the labeling machine how to work with the label feeder,labeling,rotating and adjustment device.So if you only test the machine with the size of L*W*H or similar products instead of the customer’s sample ,that will be caused unnecessary trouble between you and your customer.So it best to ask your customer to send the original samples.

Why the labeling machine can’t labeling out?How to solve?
