Machine operation and simple adjustment
(1) Install label According to label install at following pictue

(2) Connect the power Turn on the power switch, then the power switch light will be showing
green. After the system starts complete, turn on the RUN button on touch screen, and use a
product swaying before the object detection sensor to give a start signal for labeling, at this time,
label pulling motor runs, complete a basic labeling cycle. Give several times of such kind of
signals make the label in natural straight.
(3) When the labeling is normal, put the products on conveyor, press CONVEYOR button, transport
products to product Photoelectric detection position automatically, trigger label start signal,
when the signal gives to internal system, through the parameters in LABELING DELAY, paste
the label on product correctly. Then one time automatic labeling action is complete.
(4) When the first automatic labeling is completed, if found the label position is higher or lower
than your ideal position on the product, you can adjust it by host lifting mechanism.
(5) When labeling, if found the length of the label is inconsistent, suddenly long and suddenly short,
or successive labeling, at this time, should adjust straight out of the subject, this time need to
adjust the label detection photoelectric, specific label photoelectric adjustment method, pls.

(6) In the labeling process, if the label is always too long, or too short, should adjust the
LABELING LENGTH button on touch screen, makes the label feeling from back paper, to
peeling borad mouth 3-5mm.
(7) Subject to the completion of the above steps, put a batch of products in front of product divider,
adjust the fence ready, adjust product divider speed governor, control the distance between each
product to ensure that each product will be detected when passing through the product
photoelectric detector, but without repetitive signals. Ensure that one signal one label and one
labeling action, followed by cycle can complete all labeling yields.
