Let’s introduce the entire labeling process of positioning labeling machine:

First,place the metal cans on the conveyor and transport to the labeling position,before it reach the labeling position,the electric eye will detect it,and then the cylinder hold the cans, the cans will be rotated with the the roller of the cylinder.

It will keep rotating until the electric eye detected the specified position.Then the labels will come out automatically to paste on the position.

The speed of the cans and labels came out was synchronous.During this process the label has already pasted on the cans.And the label also covered by the brush,to ensure the labeling more perfect.
