Cold Glue Labeling Machine Brief Introduction

This cold glue labeling machine is designed to use the rubber wheels on the rod to dip some mucilage, then paste a label in the label box, bring the label to the vacuum box position, the label will be detached by the claw and conveyed to the vacuum box canvas conveyer, which attaches the label to the canvas conveyor by using the vacuum suction. When the label enters the labeling position, the label will be paste on the bottle which is sent by the bottle conveyor. The above processes will keep cycling. Therefore, for the good appearance and smooth operation of the machine, the operator must have the following concepts:

The processing of mucilage — the mucilage often uses water-soluble resin, based on the material of the bottle to be pasted. The amount of the mucilage adjustment should not be too much, only a laminar film on the rubber wheel is good enough. Because too much mucilage can not only increase the stickiness but the extra mucilage squeezed from the bottle will be left on the vacuum box, canvas conveyor and sponge board.

The processing of labels — In order to paste the labels on the bottles increasing the aesthetic of the product, the labels should be keep flattened so that they can be glued completely. However, because the labels will be curled in storage under humidity, so the labels should be fixed with rigid plate front and back, and tightened with elastic. More importantly, choose the bending inwall and vertical fiber direction while printing.

The processing of bottles — There should be no oil stain or dust on the surface of the bottles which are being labeled.
