As the advances in technology and market demand are inseparable,so the most important thing for businessman is how to attract the consumer’s attention. All kinds of goods,especially the outer packing demand of the daily chemical goods as the representative of the consumer goods,has been more and more high ,therefore the labeling technique which plays an important position on outer packing， has been changed rapidly.

In the labeling,it is very easy to labeling irregularities ,bubbles and wrinkles,which is inaccurate labeling . These problems are mostly due to the selective of labeling machine, which haven't check the packing container’s shape and material .Here,we would like to take the double side Adhesive Labeling Machine as a case,to solve these problems.

Problems for general type labeling machine
Usually,the cross section of flat bottle like shampoo bottle is elliptical,and in the labeling process,it use the ratio of the major axis and the minor axis of the ellipse to position the container, for the accurate labeling .However,it is a special type of bottle ,the ratio of the major axis to minor axis is close to “1”,also the bottle is a little high , so the it leads to label inclined in labeling process . Second,the bottle surface is pearl white,it has been coated with much more pearlescent agent and release agent,which will lead to decreased adhesion of the and bubbles directly.

For the bubble problems,we have made some improvements as follow:
1. Eliminate the effects of static electricity .Which means that using the static electricity ion fan to eliminate the static electricity on bottle body,and using the static electricity brush to eliminate static electricity the on label.
2.Increase the labeling pressure to ensure the adhesive between the label and bottle.
3.Control the labeling process to ensure the label match with bottle,avoid the bubbles.

In summary, we should pay attention to emerging issues in the labeling process, and actively to solve the problems. Keep stable and good innovation .
