Equipment Working Theory
Automatic Double head plane labeling machine is based on the underlying label sticking principle to help complete the labeling action. When the product is on the conveyor run to the label peel board, when the product testing photoelectric sensors give the start signal is triggered, the main label pulling motor run, makes the label peeling from label backing paper, and label on product through system setting labeling delay device. when the gap between labels goes through label sensor, the sensor will give stop signal automatically, then a labeling cycle is completed, and so forth cycle to complete all of the labeling yield.
Check before machine starting
First, put the machine on level ground, hold the 4 supporting legs tight.
Check the power supply position, whether it’s 3 hole socket, Power supply must be firmly grounded. whether voltage is AC220V.
Check the machine electrical cabinet,whether there’s any loose of the electric relay during transportation, whether any loose of Fiber Optic Sensor, whether photoelectric bracket screws are tightened.
Check the overall shape of the equipment, whether there’s any screw loose or lost. Manually sway back and forth mother board to see whether there’s any shaking.
