Do you know adhesive label requirements for adhesive Sticker Labeling Machine？

As we all know the Adhesive Labeling Machine is widely used in daily production,it is suitable for kinds of industry,such as food,daily chemical,medicine,chemical industries.But do you know the indicators of the adhesive label?Here we would like to give you some advises:

1.Surface material
As the strength is the key for labeling out,therefore it requires strength and hardness of the surface material.The strength of the label is also related to the material thickness and the area of label,so when use the soft material,you should control the thickness up to 100µm.Thin paper material ,like 60-70g/m2 standard paper,it just suitable for the small label,use as a price tag label.If you use the bad strength label,it will result to failure labeling or rewind label with the bottom paper,then enabling the automatic labeling failure.

2.The centrifugal force of label
What is centrifugal force? It is known as the peel force which is peeling the label from bottom paper.It is related to the type of adhesive,thickness of adhesive,and the coated silicon on the bottom paper,also associated with the environment temperature.If the centrifugal force is too small,the label will easy to peel from the bottom paper in transit.If the centrifugal force is too big,it will hard to peel the label from bottom ,and failure to labeling out .So we should control the indicators,to ensure the centrifugal in a reasonable range.

3.The bottom paper
It is also the important indicator for controlling the labeling.It requires the silicon on the bottom paper is coated.And the centrifugal should be uniform,the thickness uniform,and has good tensile strength to ensure the labeling.The uniform thickness which has good transparency,to ensure the sensor identify the right label position.

4.The label quality
After cutting the bottom paper on both sides,it should be smooth, no break, avoid fracture when the tension changes. Die cutting should avoid cut through the bottom paper or destroy the coated silicon layer.If the bottom paper and coated silicon layer is damaged,the bottom paper will easily to break or the adhesive will seep into the bottom paper.Then caused the failure labeling out and the bottom paper break.In addition, before labeling you should eliminate static electricity which inside the roller label, because static electricity also will caused the failure labeling out or the wrong labeling position.
